  • Collaborate with senior management and functional heads to embed compliance considerations into strategic decisions.

Your profile

  • University degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or another relevant field; a postgraduate qualification in Compliance or Financial Regulation is an asset.
  • At least five years of proven experience in Compliance or regulatory functions, ideally within an AIFM, depositary, audit firm, or supervisory authority in Luxembourg.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Luxembourg’s regulatory framework, including the AIFM Law, CSSF circulars, and other relevant EU and local legislation governing investment funds and management companies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for business and operational teams.
