This includes:
  • Providing strong technical leadership, guiding your high-performance team of developers to project success while adhering to industry best practices.
  • Leading the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance with seamless integration.
  • Conducting thorough code reviews to guarantee high standards, best practices, and maintainability are consistently upheld.
  • Collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements while setting priorities for features and deliverables.
  • Implementing robust security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards to safeguard data and software applications.
  • Staying on top of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into development processes to drive innovation.

Your qualification

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in .NET, JavaScript, specifically Node.js & Vue.js, and SQL & NoSQL data stores
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with REST-API development and system integration.
  • Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Professional level of English and at least basic knowledge of German for effective communication
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
