This includes:

Providing strong technical leadership, guiding your high-performance team of developers to project success while adhering to industry best practices.
Leading the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance with seamless integration.
Conducting thorough code reviews to guarantee high standards, best practices, and maintainability are consistently upheld.
Collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements while setting priorities for features and deliverables.
Implementing robust security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards to safeguard data and software applications.
Staying on top of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into development processes to drive innovation.

Your qualification

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in .NET, JavaScript, specifically Node.js & Vue.js, and SQL & NoSQL data stores
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
Experience with REST-API development and system integration.
Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Professional level of English and at least basic knowledge of German for effective communication
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
