Your responsibility

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be tasked with implementing, customizing, and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet the unique needs of our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of our CRM system within our ecosystem.



This includes:
 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM solutions
  • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (on-premises) solutions, including customizations and configurations
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation of CRM projects
  • Perform system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery
  • Customize and configure forms, workflows, business rules, business process flows, and other CRM components to enhance system functionality
  • Support Power BI dashboard designs creation and configure SSRS reports
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and create documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems

Your qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an MS CRM Dynamics 365 Consultant or in a comparable role
  • Comprehensive proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM on-premises, encompassing customization and configuration
  • Robust comprehension of CRM processes and industry best practices
  • Expertise in CRM solution design and implementation
  • Analyse and understand business requirements and provide an optimal solution within the CRM environment
  • Skilled in system testing and troubleshooting
