Your responsibility
Conduct cross-organisational analysis to understand business requirements and translate them into IT requirements in alignment with our application architecture.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document complex business requirements, ensuring they align with strategic objectives, architecture and IT capabilities.
Analyse existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance business performance.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of business requirements into technical specifications.
Facilitate communication between business units and IT, acting as a bridge to ensure mutual understanding and alignment on project goals.
Lead workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in the development and implementation of IT solutions.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new solutions and improvements.
Your qualification
Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on IT systems and cross-organisational projects.
Strong understanding of IT systems, applications, and architecture, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Professional level of English; at least basic knowledge of German is an advantage for effective communication.
Commitment to the highest standards of quality and results, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
Proven ability to take ownership of your actions and responsibilities, demonstrating reliability and accountability in your work.
