For our International Clients team in Munich, we are looking for a highly motivated Investor Relations Manager (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date.
In this role, you will support the expansion of our institutional investor network across key European markets. You will work closely with senior team members to strengthen existing relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the successful fundraising of our alternative investment strategies.
Your responsibility
Supporting our team with operational tasks while interacting both directly and indirectly with international investors, clients, and prospective clients
Prepare and coordinate client meetings, roadshows, pitches, due diligence sessions, and reporting meetings
Create high quality client materials and presentations for fundraising initiatives and investor communications
Respond independently and efficiently to investor requests and coordinate follow up activities across internal stakeholders
Support the onboarding of new investors and ensure a seamless client experience throughout the investment lifecycle
Manage investor related events and communications, ensuring timely and effective solutions
Act as a key interface between Investor Relations and internal teams to facilitate an efficient flow of information and seamless collaboration
Work closely with senior colleagues who will lead strategic client interactions and support key meetings
Your Profile
You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
You have three to six years of professional experience in investor relations, institutional sales, fundraising, placement, asset management, private markets, or investment banking
You possess a strong understanding of capital markets, alternative investments, and asset management, ideally with exposure to private credit strategies
You have excellent proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems
You have strong written communication skills and the ability to create visually compelling presentations
You are fluent in English and French
Additional language skills, such as Spanish, Italian, or a Nordic language, are considered an advantage
German language skills are beneficial but not required
You are highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced international environment
You work independently, in a structured and detail oriented manner, while maintaining a strong team orientation
